Refund and Return policy
At Used Furniture Abu Dhabi, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality pre-owned furniture at affordable prices. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive Refund and Return Policy to address your concerns. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our return and refund process.
Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Refund policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
If your return is approved, we will process the refund, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If your return is denied, we will inform you of the reason and offer possible alternatives.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card provider as there may be processing delays.

Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at Our Email within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for an exchange.
To initiate an exchange, please provide:
Clear images of the defect or damage
Order details (order number, date of purchase)
We will replace the item with the same or a similar product of equal value, subject to availability.
